Shipping policy

Australia Wide Shipping

We use the services of Australia Post to send orders Australia wide. Azela Jewellery ensures orders are packaged securely before sending.

- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

- We are not responsible for orders that go missing during transit/delivery if you have selected a non tracked postal service.

- Please note all orders are Authority to Leave unless Signature on Delivery is requested and paid for. We are not responsible for damage or loss once the package has been delivered.

- Additional shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

  • We aim to have all orders out in 2-6 business days. All personalised items and Azela Collection items have an additional processing time of 10 business days.

- Processing times are in addition to the shipping times.

International Shipping

We use the services of Australia Post to send orders internationally. Azela Jewellery ensures orders are packaged securely before sending.

- Please note all orders are Authority to Leave unless Signature on Delivery is requested and paid for.

- Please allow up to 27 business days for delivery after dispatch.

- We aim to have all orders out in 2-6 business days. All personalised items and Azela Collection items have an additional processing time of 10 business days. 

- Processing times are in addition to the shipping times.

- Please note that customs, taxes and duties is at the customers' expense.

Please note: If your country has a prohibition for jewellery and/or flights are suspended via our courier, your order will automatically be refunded.
