Charles These earrings arrived on time and undamaged. Although myself and my wife were disappointed when we discovered how tiny they were. Although the packaging was oversized and included 2 gift boxes ( I ordered 1) once I had searched the pouch and showed my wife they’re size. These were a gift for an adult. We doubtful the intended friend won’t be able to open or wear them now.
Perhaps the phrase “buyer beware” should apply, but in future suggest these for as a gift for under 10s.

2. Never use chemical jewellery cleaners.
3. For light cleaning, gently polish with our Cotton Polishing Cloth to avoid scratching.
4. Store it in a cool dry place in its original pouch.

No changes can be made to your personalisation after your order has been placed. If you have made a mistake, please get in touch ASAP however we cannot guarantee any changes to items that have already been made.
